The grapes are harvested and selected by hand, then they are subjected to a gentle pressing in order to extract the must alone, which is then placed to ferment at controlled temperature; after that the wine is produced with Charmat method without going through a secondary fermentation in the bottle. Sensory profile appearance: Color pink, intense appeal of flowers and berries. It is fresh with a good structure and persistence on the palate with soft foam end.
