The Imperatore I.G.T., stay in small French oak casks for about 12 months, where the wine plays the malolactic fermentation and suffers frequent transfers. The wine does not undergo any process of clarification and filtration to keep intact the organoleptic characteristics that any presence of sediments, are considered a sign of authenticity.
Colour: Ruby red tending towards Garnet,
Bouquet: intense and persistent
Flavour: flowers and red berry fruit, tobacco, cocoa, persistent, soft, balanced and velvety.
Serving temperature: 18°C.
