A great red wine elaborated with grapes of the Roero Nebbiolo, produced only on souri deep and craggy. The long period of ageing blends and increases the nobility of this regal product enjoyed also by Frederick Barbarossa and Cavour. The bright garnet colour, the ethereal flavours and floral reminiscent of violets, the austere and robust taste makes it the cornerstone of oenology of Roero. Wine susceptible of great ageing.

The Imperatore I.G.T., stay in small French oak casks for about 24 months, where the wine plays the malolactic fermentation and suffers frequent transfers.
