The characteristics of this wine are its intensity and freshness: cold maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature give it an intense red foam and pleasant fragrance. Sensory profile appearance: Ruby red with intense violet hues. It has a fairly simple taste, much sweeter than most red wines, medium body. It goes very well with the typical food from Emilia Romagna like zampone or cotechino, and it’s even used to make risotto or pasta with Lambrusco.
Serving temperature: 8-10° C.
