The wine is produced from the soft pressing of the grapes with the must, separated from the skins. Secondary fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel. Sensory profile appearance: The wine has lovely pale yellow color with greenish tinges and a fine, fruity noise with hints of hawthorn flowers and a dry, well balanced, clean and quiet persistent palate; it also has a good flavors of green apples and white peach.
